Description

As our Marketing Executive, you would be responsible for providing administration support for our EU sales team and for generating sales prospects (booking tours) via phone and in person for our EU Sales locations in UK, Spain and the Canaries.

Responsibilities

Supporting the EU sales operation, you will be responsible for:

• Booking and confirming tours for pre-arrival clients
• Booking and administering tours in Clarity (system)
• Undertaking marketing activity as directed
• Undertaking contract verifications with our clients
• General administration including handling incoming phone calls and providing responses to enquires, provision of performance data, liaising with support teams to provide goods and services for the EU sales operation, provision of admin support for the Management team.

Qualifications

What are we looking for from candidates?

In return, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, have the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments and demonstrate strong organisational skills in a fast paced environment.

Candidates should be familiar and be confident in using Microsoft Office programmes.

Previous Sales and Marketing experience would be of benefit as would a background in timeshare and/or hospitality.

This role requires the successful candidate to work from our Pine Lake Resort, 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (including weekend and bank holidays).
