Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time (40hours) Junior Content Writer to join our team in Madrid.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team to produce engaging web content, devise content strategies, and handle research, writing, and proofreading tasks. Your responsibilities will also include creating social media content, SEO-focused articles, and a variety of marketing materials.

Please note this position requires to work at least 4 days per week from office.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce and publish one in-depth SEO article each week.
• Develop and schedule daily content for our social media channels.
• Write weekly content for our clients, ensuring it meets their specific needs.
• Manage monthly newsletter, monitor and actively execute community engagement.
• Craft short-form content, including YouTube descriptions and social media captions.
• Ensure consistency in style and presentation across all documents.
• Create visual content using Canva templates.
• Assist with sales activities, events and various tasks as needed to support the team
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Strong web and content writing skills with the ability to create engaging copy.
• Experience in developing content strategies and conducting detailed research.
• Meticulous proofreading skills.
• Proficient in crafting compelling narratives across multiple formats, such as blogs, articles, and social media.
• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in content creation.
• English at native level or bilingual with exceptional language proficiency, and Spanish would be a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative and adaptable with a quick learning curve.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Must have solid experience in content creation across various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Proven ability to distil complex topics into clear, concise, and engaging content
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
• Interest in drones and advanced air mobility, with a focus on civilian applications.
• Familiarity with the drone industry, aviation, or emerging technologies.
• Previous experience in an agency setting, managing multiple clients and projects.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience with video scriptwriting or multimedia content; proficient in Canva, video editing software and office tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, also in a remote work setting.
• Knowledge of audience engagement and content optimization techniques.
• Being able to work at least 4 days per week in the office.
