Tu misión será...
Verificación continua a pie de planta del grado de ejecución y eficacia de las gamas de Seguridad Alimentaria & Calidad implantadas en las diferentes etapas y puestos ligados al proceso de elaboración de cerveza (fábrica de cerveza).
Reporte analítico de resultados a los equipos de la fábrica implicados y coordinación del desarrollo de planes de acción/mejora.
Propagar la cultura de la Seguridad Alimentaria y Calidad entre los equipos operativos de la fábrica de cerveza.
Como Técnico de Seguridad Alimentaria, reportando al Responsable de Verificación y Procesos QA , ¿qué harás...?
- Observación de las tareas desarrolladas en los diferentes puestos de la fábrica bajo un enfoque de seguridad alimentaria y calidad, con el objetivo de proponer y crear herramientas documentales y operativas que garanticen la inocuidad y calidad de nuestras cervezas.
- Implementar gamas de seguridad alimentaria y calidad en las distintas etapas del proceso de elaboración de cerveza en colaboración con los equipos de la fábrica.
- Ejecutar verificaciones periódicas y programadas que aporten información sobre el grado de implantación de las gamas de calidad implantadas.
- Proponer e implantar soluciones operativas a las incidencias identificadas en el día a día de la fábrica (desde el enfoque de Seguridad Alimentaria y Calidad).
- Coordinar el desarrollo de planes de mejora, preventivos o correctivos que impliquen la implantación o mejora de las gamas de calidad existentes en las diferentes etapas/puestos del proceso de elaboración de cerveza.
- Documentar y actualizar los procesos, procedimientos y requerimientos de seguridad alimentaria.
- Participar en validaciones de procesos operativos desde el ámbito de seguridad alimentaria.
- Fomentar la sensibilización de los equipos de fábrica en aquellos aspectos ligados a la seguridad alimentaria y calidad que están ligados a sus tareas operativas.; desarrollando acciones formativas en materia de seguridad alimentaria y calidad.
- Mantener actualizados los distintos sistemas de reporte KPIs dentro de su campo de actuación, con el fin de realizar el seguimiento del cumplimiento de requerimientos y objetivos.
- Generar informes sustentados en datos recogidos como resultado de las actividades operativa y de mejora, soportados en el uso de herramientas básicas de calidad.
¿Cómo te imaginamos?, estamos buscando a una persona resolutiva, organizada y proactiva, que además cuente con...
- Grado universitario rama científica (biotecnología, tecnología de los alimentos, química, biología...), o ingeniería.
- Máster en Seguridad Alimentaria o Gestión de la Calidad.
- Conocimientos en certificaciones de seguridad alimentaria y calidad, herramientas de calidad (ishikawa, pareto...).
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años, en el sector Alimentación, Gran Consumo o Farmacéutico.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio.
