Funciones:

Definición e implementación de estrategias de testing end-to-end en proyectos SAP (SAP S/4HANA, ECC), incluyendo SIT, UAT y Regression Testing.

Coordinación de actividades de testing en rollouts internacionales con alcance superior a 10 países, asegurando la correcta ejecución de los planes de pruebas.

Gestión de herramientas de testing como SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM o Tricentis qTest para seguimiento, trazabilidad y reporting.

Supervisión de defect management y reporting ejecutivo de estado de calidad a stakeholders del proyecto.

Cualificaciones:

Requisitos imprescindibles:

Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en testing en entornos SAP.

Mínimo 4 años de experiencia liderando equipos de testing o como Test Lead.

Experiencia en al menos 2 proyectos de implantación SAP de gran envergadura con rollouts internacionales en más de 10 países.

Mínimo 3 años de experiencia utilizando herramientas de testing como SAP Solution Manager, HP ALM, Tricentis o equivalentes.

Nivel de inglés mínimo C1 en conversación profesional.

Grado universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Industrial o titulaciones equivalentes. Alternativamente, mínimo 5 años adicionales de experiencia en testing SAP como equivalencia.

Requisitos valorables:

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en entornos SAP S/4HANA.

Experiencia mínima de 1 año trabajando con metodologías ágiles (Scrum, SAFe).

Certificación en testing (ISTQB Foundation, Advanced Test Manager o equivalente).

A few examples of your responsibilities

• Shape high-leverage product experiences. Design exceptional UI and UX—from early concepts to polished delivery—using the best available tools to explore more directions, move faster, and raise the quality bar. Ensure every experience is intuitive, effective, and delightful.

• Senior and hands-on, with strong ownership of both execution and quality
• Deeply comfortable with data engineering and pipelines, analytical logic, and metric design
• Strong SQL, Python, spark and strong coding skills for data processing and workflowdevelopment
• Experience building production-grade or near-production analytical pipelines
• Experience documenting methods and educating stakeholders on metric definitions and analytical caveats is a plus
• Able to understand what tables mean, how they connect, and where business interpretation can go wrong
• Methodologically rigorous, with strong judgment on how to define and validate metrics
• Structured and practical: you can move from ambiguous business questions to executable analytical solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with client-facing and non-technical stakeholders, even if this is not the center of gravity of the role
• Strategic enough to improve the system, not just execute within it
• Significant experience in data science, analytics engineering, analytical product work, or a similar role in a data-rich environment
• Strong understanding of experimentation, metrics, methodology design, and analytical QA

👉Your role?

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
• Work mostly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
• Manage your pipeline of candidates and identify what future opportunities they may be a fit for
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
