• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).

Estamos buscando un/a Director/a para el centro Kids&Us Parque Venecia (Zaragoza), una persona con visión estratégica, habilidades comerciales y vocación educativa para dirigir nuestra escuela con energía, creatividad y compromiso.

En Kids&Us somos la chispa que enciende en las nuevas generaciones el deseo de descubrir el mundo a través de sus propios sentidos. Nos comprometemos diariamente con pasión a cambiar el panorama de la educación del idioma inglés, construyendo un mundo lleno de experiencias educativas de impacto.

Como Director/a de centro, te daremos todas las herramientas de formación necesarias para desarrollar aún más tus habilidades en ventas, gestión de la estructura y del personal, servicio al cliente y aspectos económicos.

Serás responsable de:

• Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la escuela, garantizando la excelencia tanto en el ámbito académico como en el desempeño del negocio.
• Inspirar y liderar a un equipo dinámico, creando un entorno motivador e inclusivo.
• Impulsar la matriculación y la fidelización mediante la implementación de estrategias efectivas de ventas y marketing.
• Fomentar relaciones sólidas con las familias y la comunidad local para promover nuestra misión y valores.
• Asegurar la correcta aplicación de la metodología Kids&Us, ofreciendo experiencias de aprendizaje de alta calidad.
  
  

• Experiencia previa en el ámbito de la educación, retail o gestión de equipos como director/a de escuela, responsable de tienda, adjunto a dirección...
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de planificación, con una mentalidad proactiva y orientada a objetivos, a cliente y a la construcción de relaciones comerciales.
• Buenas capacidades interpersonales y de comunicación para conectar con familias, equipo y alumnado.
• Compromiso con la creación de un entorno seguro, inclusivo e inspirador para niños y equipo.
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
• Tener un Certificado de Delitos Sexuales sin antecedentes. OBTENCIÓN DEL CERTIFICADO DE DELITOS DE NATURALEZA SEXUAL EN ESPAÑA
