About The Role
The Security team oversees Fever’ security operations. We are vigilant in ensuring there is no breach or vulnerability threatening our company or endangering our employees in order to keep them safe and protected. As Physical Security Manager, you will report to the Security & Intelligence Manager and be involved in ensuring all security requirements and measures are applied at all of our events and corporate premises. This is a role that will require proactivity, autonomy, drive and a good deal of project management, and may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility and leadership functions. You will be supported and coordinating with other key Fever stakeholders.
You Will Be Expected To
- Develop and implement access control systems and surveillance services for Fever globally
- Write and develop detailed Physical Security design requirements and standards
- Provide technical support and guidance for physical security systems installed
- Define and maintain all security controls, and assess their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
- Oversee tenders and performance of security guard services globally, including inspections, lessons learned, etc
- Analyze and work effectively with stakeholders such as project and event managers to make decisions regarding physical security and guarding for different events
- Create and supervise a physical security team
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
- Previous experience in similar positions in corporate experience. Experience in managing the design, operation, and installation of global physical security systems
- Previous experience in managing security systems related to cameras, guarding, etc.
- Knowledge of electronic security, physical security, risk prevention, and security regulation
- Have completed a Security Director Course by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior. Certifications such as CPP, and PSP will be highly considered
- Experience in writing design specifications and standards, technical manuals and procedures, and developing and delivering training programs
- Speak fluent English, with fluency in other languages a plus (especially Spanish, French, or Portuguese)
- Bring emotional intelligence to work and the ability to communicate effectively with very varied internal and external stakeholders, especially during sensitive situations
- Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, or related careers
- Innovative, strong multi-tasking capabilities
- Translate complex concepts into easily understood principals
- Possess strong time management skills and have ownership over work entrusted to you
- Be comfortable handling highly confidential and sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with users clearly in an international environment such as dealing with different regions such as the Americas, APAC, etc

This role is located at Fever’s HQ in Madrid, and although we can be flexible with the timing you will be expected to move there if you are currently living elsewhere.

About The Role
The key responsibilities are as follows:
- Understand the historical financials and KPIs, extracting insights from analysis
- Carry out different financial analysis across the group operations in order to obtain conclusions on performance and provide solutions for internal improvement
- Participate in the update of key reportings such as group monthly management accounts, per market performance, and other financial KPI’s
- Obtain a relevant level of knowledge across all business areas by understanding processes, challenges and opportunities, advising in future growth initiatives and structures.
- Challenge current FP&A processes in order to provide solutions to improve it since day 1 with the goal of having an agile and efficient function
- Support the implementation of new Business Analytics tools to scale our activity and obtain accurate inputs

In order to be successful in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance related fields (Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.)
- 1-2 or more of years experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy, Transaction Advisory or similar roles
- Deep knowledge of business's financial and accounting dynamics (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow interactions).

About The Role
- Lead conversations with local tourism offices around the world to give visibility to our most relevant projects in each of our cities.
- Lead and drive tourism marketing initiatives worldwide to promote our events among tourists (including visibility in hotels, presence in tourist hotspots around the city, flyers, etc.).

About The Role
As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will work within the treasury team. This is a role that will require attention to detail and drive.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up forecasts and budgets according to short/mid/long term business plans
- Monitoring and review of the Global Fever Group Cash Flow

What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Real Estate Expansion Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, coordinating venue sourcing efforts, ensuring feasibility and suitability of venues, overseeing venue-related operations across multiple projects, and managing the region database. Your primary objective will be to provide a holistic view of venue options, optimize costs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
You will:
- Manage a team of scouts within your region
- Report, elaborate, and plan scouting strategy with Global Real Estate Manager
- Strategize and prioritize high-volume venue sourcing requests within demanding time frames, coordinating efforts across different regions
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Originals/Ops/Production teams, Project Managers, and external stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct due diligence on base buildings to assess their suitability for hosting events, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Source venues that align with the Producer's concepts and designs, conducting site visits and gathering necessary documentation for feasibility assessment.
- Evaluate venues from experiential and financial perspectives, considering design intent, budget, and schedule implications.
- Communicate with venues and Project Managers regarding initial fees, lease agreements, and terms with venue owners for event location usage.
- Assist Project Managers in obtaining fire and safety, ADA, and other governmental permits, coordinating logistical aspects of production.
- Oversee venue-related issues across multiple large projects simultaneously, while also maintaining standards for smaller events.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to save CAPEX and OPEX by proactively flagging potential issues during the venue selection and operational phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive venue databases to streamline future sourcing and operational processes.
- Collaborate with production companies or suppliers to ensure the return of a venue to its original condition upon project completion.
- Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events
- Build a reliable database (regroup information, clean information, essential information) for Fever teams (Scouting, Operations, Productions etc.)
- Proven experience in venue sourcing, operations, or event management roles.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.

- Have a relevant impact within the Finance Department
In order to be successful in this role, you have:
- Bachelor's degree or Master in Finance related fields (Economics, Business, Accounting, etc.)
- 1-2 or more of years experience in Finance, Audit, Strategy, Transaction Advisory or similar roles
- Deep knowledge of business's financial and accounting dynamics (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow interactions).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving focus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Be an excellent team player eager to work hard with a proactive approach, constantly coordinating with other departments
