We’re Hiring: Senior Gardener – Private Estate (Marbella)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join a large private estate in Marbella.

🌿 Role Overview

• Maintenance and management of extensive gardens and landscaped areas
• Pruning, planting, lawn care, irrigation systems, and seasonal planning
• Safe application of fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemical treatments
• Detection and treatment of plant diseases and pests
• Maintaining the estate to a high, professional standard

✅ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Gardener (large estates or luxury properties preferred)
• Valid driving license (required)
• Certified training for handling and applying chemical products
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and garden machinery
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility

➕ A Plus

• Experience with large plots
• Knowledge of Mediterranean plants and climate
