The Role Overview:

Our client, a pioneering and fast-growing deep-tech company, is looking to add a dynamic People Generalist to their team in Malaga. With a strong commitment to creating a collaborative and empowering work environment, this role presents a fantastic opportunity to shape the employee experience, streamline people processes, and drive engagement across the business.

The HR Generalist will:

• Lead onboarding and offboarding processes in Spain, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
• Own HR data management, ensuring accuracy within the HRIS and generating key reports to drive process improvements.
• Oversee compliance with local employment laws and company policies, keeping documentation updated and secure.
• Partner with Finance to support payroll administration and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly.
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees generalist People support

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in People Operations or HR, with strong knowledge of onboarding, data management, compliance, and employee engagement.
• A proactive problem-solver, able to implement innovative solutions to meet business needs.
• Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration and trust across the organisation.
• A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French or Italian is a plus.
