• Develop a comprehensive understanding of Trade Finance business, proposing new technological and operational solutions that add value to the business
• Track milestones and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
• Excellent capabilities to manage complex and changing environments
• Effective communication with Stakeholders, Operations, Business and Technology teams.
• Strong intercultural and communication skills (working with teams in distinct geographies)
• Highly motivated team player
