• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in line with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process engineering projects and cost reduction activities.
• Design, develop, and monitor optimal layouts for production lines, equipment, and material flows.
• Support new product launches and process changes by developing work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation and production data analysis.
• Lead time studies and capacity analysis to support operational planning.
• Promote a culture of health, safety and compliance within all manufacturing operations.
  
  

And If You Have/are

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Manufacturing and Operations knowledge
• Supervision Skills, ability to manage multitask teams
• Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and teamwork spirit.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing environment.
• Demonstrated Project management skills
• Experience in Industrial automation (robots, PLC and industrial networks implementation and programming) will be considered.
• Experience in management of Machine and Automation suppliers will be considered
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• Passion for continuous improvement, innovation and integration of new manufacturing technologies.
