We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Integration Manager to join our Supply Chain team. As Customer Integration Manager, you will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and the successful introduction of new products. You will serve as the key operational link between our internal teams and external partners, coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver a smooth and efficient integration process.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating the setup of new customers across departments
- Overseeing the setup of new products for both new and existing customers.
- Leading weekly calls and email updates with customers to communicate project status, timelines, and key milestones.
- Managing project timelines using Smartsheet and ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders, acting as main point of contact across departments.
- Ensuring timely creation and updates of all relevant documents.
- Handling PO management and import permit coordination.
- Ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities across departments.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset, able to anticipate potential roadblocks and take initiative to resolve them.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a project coordination, supply chain, or customer operations role, including multiple stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and leading customer-facing meetings or project updates
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
- Experience in regulated industries, particularly pharmaceutical, life sciences, or cannabis.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Familiarity with documentation processes
- Previous experience coordinating international shipments and managing import/export documentation.
- Project Management certification
