At DEC Architects, we are currently looking for a qualified Architect/Interior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about architectural and interior design who wish to participate in high-end residential and commercial projects, both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive design proposals for interior and exterior spaces.

Create efficient and well-resolved architectural layouts.

Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions.

Produce high-quality renders and visual presentations for clients.

Prepare architectural drawings and technical documentation using Archicad.

Develop moodboards and conceptual design materials.

Requirements:

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

Proven experience or strong portfolio (recent graduates with outstanding work will be considered).

Fluent English is essential (spoken and written).

Knowledge of additional languages will be highly valued (especially Spanish or Swedish).

Advanced proficiency in Archicad is required.

Experience in architectural and interior design projects (new constructions, refurbishments, and planning).

Strong skills in distribution, lighting, material selection, and custom furniture design.

Proficiency in other design and visualization tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Unreal, 3d Max, Corona or similar is an asset.


Contract Type:

Project-based (freelance or fixed-term collaboration).

Work Modality:
