- Performance Optimization: Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics and implement strategies to boost team performance.
- Process Efficiency: Ensure productivity, time-efficiency, and outcome-focus. Optimize organizational structures and workflows to remove impediments.
- Timeline transparency: Keep deliverables in mind and communicate possible time delays.
- You will work cross-functional together with our colleagues in Spain and Germany - Dresden and Hamburg!
- You enjoy communicating your agile mindset and methodological knowledge to others.
- Practical experience in supporting agile, self-organized teams as a Agile Coach.
- Proactive servant-leader with proven track record of elevating team performance.
- Deep understanding of agile and waterfall frameworks.
- Good English skills, written and spoken (this is a MUST for the position!)
- Flexible working hours (you decide how to organize your day to day!)
