At RDT Ingenieros, we are expanding our automotive team and looking for an Electrical Technician – HV & LV Vehicle Interventions to join us in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area.

The Electrical Technician supports development vehicles by performing HV and LV component replacement, vehicle instrumentation, and workshop interventions according to safety and quality standards.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

• Perform assembly/disassembly of HV and LV components in development vehicles.
• Install, route and secure instrumentation, sensors, dataloggers and test harnesses.
• Execute vehicle updates (HW/SW flashing, coding, diagnostics).
• Follow HV safety procedures (CAD2/CAD3) and ensure safe working conditions.
• Support test preparation, workshop tasks and vehicle readiness for tests or presentations.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in vehicle mechanics/electrics (preferably EV/Hybrid).
• HV certification (CAD2 or CAD3).
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and use diagnostic tools.
• A methodical person, safety-oriented and a strong team player.
