Buscamos un/a Business Analyst orientado a customer service para liderar la evolución de soluciones de atención al cliente, conectando las necesidades del negocio con el desarrollo tecnológico más avanzado.

🚀 ¿Qué harás?

Serás el/la responsable de impulsar la hoja de ruta del área de Customer Service, equilibrando el mantenimiento (RUN) con la transformación (TRANSFORM) de los proyectos del cliente.

Tu día a día incluirá:

• Gestión y priorización: definir el roadmap, priorizar iniciativas y hacer seguimiento end-to-end.
• Definición funcional: traducir las necesidades del área en requerimientos claros para los equipos técnicos y validar las entregas mediante UAT.
• Análisis y mejora continua: interpretar KPIs clave (automatización, satisfacción, tiempos) para proponer mejoras de alto impacto.
• Innovación: utilizar herramientas de IA Generativa para optimizar procesos internos y agilizar tu propio trabajo.

💻 Trabajarás con soluciones punteras como:

• IRIS, asistente virtual basado en IA Generativa.
• Salesforce Service Cloud y CRM Analytics.
• Talkdesk para el canal voz.
• Jira y Confluence para la gestión ágil de proyectos.

💡 Requisitos mínimos:

• Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
• Más de 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de IA Conversacional (chatbots, voicebots, asistentes virtuales).
• Experiencia en Customer Service y como Business Analyst, Functional Analyst o Product Owner.
• Familiaridad con KPIs y métricas de rendimiento.
• SQL avanzado.
• Dashboarding con Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI o Looker.
• Jira y Confluence.
• Nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Support data analysis for consultancy projects: collecting, cleaning, visualizing, and interpreting information.
• Draft reports and insights that serve as the backbone for client and internal decision-making.
• Get hands-on with product development, collaborating on definition, validation, and testing.
• Gather and document functional requirements alongside stakeholders, translating business needs into concrete, actionable criteria.
• Help prioritize the backlog and write user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements.
• Translate business objectives into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate discussions to align stakeholders on priorities, scope, and user stories.
• Support backlog prioritization based on value, impact, and strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and support their implementation.
• Assist in defining and maintaining Lean-Agile metrics and KPIs to enable continuous improvement and transparent reporting.
• Identify and document potential risks within the product area and propose countermeasures in collaboration with relevant departments (e.g., Legal, Data Privacy).
• Ensure product operations meet customer needs and that new requirements are smoothly integrated into ongoing development.
• Promote a data-driven mindset by enabling stakeholders and team members to access, analyze, and leverage user data.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst working in agile environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with web and user behavior analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar, with a solid understanding of data layers.
• Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools, such as Google Looker Studio.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher).
