YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Health & Safety Manager to join our People team in Barcelona - HQ. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about safety culture, regulatory excellence, and have the ability to lead both processes and people, this is your place!

THE JOURNEY

• Coordinate the Spanish and international Health & Safety team.
• Create the strategy to ensure Health & Safety KPIs and OKRs are met.
• Ensure consultation and participation of employees by coordinating the H&S committees.
• Manage Health & Safety providers.
• Represent the company before interested parties (work inspection, unions, and so forth).
• Lead and ensure proper documentation and records management to support labor inspections.
• Lead or support the investigation of occupational incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver H&S training programs and track completion rates across the organization.
• Coordinate health surveillance programs in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Manage emergency planning, including the design and implementation of evacuation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable regulation by creating and standardizing processes.
• Provide clear guidance and support to stakeholders, including leadership, on H&S matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Facilities, Operations, and Legal, to integrate safety into all areas of the business.
  
  

• Master in occupational H&S under the Spanish Law.
• Proven experience managing teams (over 3 years).
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish H&S regulations and experience applying them in a corporate or operational environment.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing Health & Safety processes.
• Solid track record of stakeholder management, including communication with leadership and external authorities.
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or tech/startup industries.
• Demonstrated experience in:
• Accident investigation
• Emergency planning
• Risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Work inspections
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with travel and site visits across Spain and other international countries as needed.

La formación del pérfil profesional y experiencia

• Ingenería Técnica o Arquitectura
• Valorable Máster en PRL o Curso de CSS 200 horas
• Experiencia a pie de obra en proyectos Industriales, Construcción o Edificación.
  
  
  

• Control de la documentación de empresas intervinientes, así como de sus operarios.
• Coordinación de las actuaciones, mediante un seguimiento periódico del avance de los trabajos, realización de visitas de inspección para verificar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente.

¿Dónde vas a trabajar?

Importante empresa multinacional fabricante de productos metálicos para la industria de la automoción.

Descripción

• Gestionar y desarrollar el Sistema de Gestión de Salud y Seguridad (ISO 45001).
• Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos en puestos y maquinaria, e implementar planes de prevención.
• Coordinar con el Servicio de Prevención Externo y el Servicio de Prevención Propio.
• Mantener actualizado el Plan de Emergencias y organizar simulacros.
• Verificar diariamente el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad (EPP, ergonomía, contratistas).
• Liderar actividades de sensibilización y comités HSE.
• Analizar accidentes e incidentes, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas.
• Colaborar con las áreas de Medio Ambiente (ISO 14001) y Calidad en auditorías y procedimientos.
• Preparar y gestionar auditorías internas y externas relacionadas con H&S.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Formación: Formación técnica en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (seguridad, higiene, ergonomía y psicosociología RD 39/97).
• Experiencia: en entornos industriales, automoción, metal, etc.
• Idiomas: Nivel fluido de inglés y español (oral y escrito) fluido.
• Conocimientos: en ISO 14001, IATF.
• Aptitudes: Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e influencia. Proactividad, orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
