YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Health and Safety Specialist who wants to join our People's team in our Barcelona Office. If you are someone who loves working in a fast-paced startup environment, a true perfectionist, an organization freak and are passionate about Health and Safety processes, Glovo is your place!

THE JOURNEY

• Manage and control all Health and Safety matters according to the Spanish law
• Cooperate with the international team, helping them in H & S aspects, when needed
• Design and propose measures aimed at correcting the risks detected, both at a technical and organizational level, and at improving working conditions.
• Design work instructions and revise them periodically
• Carry out an investigation of occupational accidents
• Impart and follow up the completion status of the H & S training
• Management of health surveillance
• Coordination of business activities (CAE)
• Design and implement emergencies plans
• Coordination of external providers
• Provide advice and guidelines to stakeholders in regards to Health and Safety
• Participate in the elaboration of internal work regulations, as well as in the imposition of general rules and instructions on safety and health.
• Accompany the members of the labor inspectorate during visits, providing them with the necessary documentation to support their work
  
  

• Master in Labor Risk Prevention, according to the Spanish regulation (3 specialities)
• Experience working with CAE platforms
• Experience investigating accidents and creating emergency plans
• Advance Office/Google Sheets skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up environment and work with different levels of management
• Thrives in ambiguity

¡Únete a IGNEO Ingeniería Sostenible como Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud en Redes de Gas!

En IGNEO, estamos comprometidos con la seguridad y el bienestar en todas nuestras operaciones. Por eso, buscamos un/a Coordinador/a de Seguridad y Salud para proyectos de ampliación y mantenimiento de redes de gas natural, en colaboración con una de las filiales de NATURGY en la zona de Cataluña Sur.

¿Qué harás?

• Responsabilidad Integral: Liderarás la Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud, asegurando la aplicación de la normativa vigente (RD 1627/1997) en obras y instalaciones de gas.


• Gestión Proactiva: Coordinarás las Actividades Preventivas y gestionarás toda la documentación necesaria.


• Inspecciones y Supervisión: Realizarás inspecciones presenciales en las obras, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de seguridad.


• Trabajo en Campo: Te involucrarás directamente en el terreno, colaborando con equipos y contratistas.

¿Qué Buscamos?

• Formación Académica: Titulación mínima en Ingeniería Técnica o carrera técnica de grado medio o grado universitario relevante. Serán valorables los Ingenieros Técnicos o de grado o carrera técnica similar, como agrónomos, arquitectos, obras públicas, minas.


• Experiencia: Valorable un año en un puesto similar.


• Formación en PRL: Master PRL en Seguridad Industrial. Certificación de Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales.


• Licencia de Conducir: Necesaria para desplazamientos.


• Proactividad y Liderazgo: Habilidad para maximizar la seguridad, coordinando acciones con promotores, contratistas y terceros.
