Desde Crearte Consulting estamos buscando un FullStack Developer para una StarutUp consolidada que ayuda a empresas de Gran Consumo y Suministros Industriales a tomar el control de sus compras y potenciar su cadena de suministros para ser más competitivas.
Utilizan todo el poder de los datos y la inteligencia artificial, para generar órdenes de compra perfectas, que minimizan los costes y los riesgos. Olvídate de perder oportunidades por no tener los datos en tiempo real, de tener que hacer revisiones manuales, de romper stock, y perder recursos.

Estamos buscando un/a Desarrollador/a Fullstack Senior con sólida experiencia en Python y Angular para liderar el desarrollo de su plataforma SaaS basada en Django. Trabajarás en una arquitectura multicliente (multitenant) que da servicio a múltiples clientes, enfrentando desafíos relacionados con la escalabilidad, el aislamiento de datos y la personalización.
Participarás activamente en el diseño, construcción y evolución de la aplicación, colaborando con los equipos de backend, frontend, IA y producto.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Desarrollar nuevas funcionalidades tanto en el frontend (Angular) como en el backend (Django/Python).
- Participar en el diseño técnico de una arquitectura multicliente robusta y mantenible.
- Integrar APIs y servicios internos y externos.
- Colaborar con los equipos de producto, diseño y datos para mejorar la plataforma.
- Escribir pruebas automatizadas y contribuir al proceso de despliegue continuo.
- Mantener altos estándares de calidad de código y buenas prácticas (linting, testing, revisiones de código, etc.).

Salario negociable en función de experiencia (hasta 35.000 € B/A)

Funciones:

* Participar en la resolución de incidencias y problemas técnicos

* Correcciones de errores de aplicaciones basadas en Angular, Java y frameworks relacionados (Struts, Spring, Hibernate), asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad.

* Gestionar configuraciones y despliegues mediante herramientas como Git, Jenkins, y Kubernetes.

* Supervisar y guiar al equipo de 2 técnicos, asegurando que sus tareas estén alineadas con las prioridades del proyecto.

* Asegurar la correcta asignación de tareas, identificando cuellos de botella y proponiendo soluciones.

* Actuar como punto de enlace entre su equipo técnico y otros equipos (por ejemplo, QA, operaciones o arquitectura).

* Colaborar con los responsables de servicio y/o el cliente para alinear las necesidades técnicas con los objetivos de negocio

Requisitos:

* Experiencia de 3-4 años en desarrollo backend con Java, Struts, y/o frameworks complementarios como Spring y Hibernate.

* Conocimiento de herramientas de integración y despliegue continuo (Git, Jenkins, Kubernetes).

* Habilidades de SQL y conocimientos básicos de bases de datos (Oracle). - Eclipse , Maven

- Herramientas de tiqueting tipo JIRA / Remedy

- Conocimientos de frontend con Angular

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work in a cross-functional team alongside the Product Manager, Product Designer, UX Writers, Data Analytics, Technical Leads, Engineers and other cross-functional team members to deliver engaging features through A/B tests and build top-notch products, including, but not limited to:

• Back-end Development: Develop and own backend features using Python/Django, supporting the creation of new backend services and designing, creating, and troubleshooting integrations with third-party vendors.
• UI Development: Develop frontend features in React/Typescript, launched in our A/B experimentation framework.
• Implementation: Take on the responsibility of writing services from initial concept to full-fledged deployment.
• Raising the bar of our end-to-end solutions: Leverage previous experience to implement and socialize current best practices in frontend and backend.
• Use a Data-driven approach: Our goal is not to deliver code but to deliver user value. Data-driven approaches and experimentation are its heartbeats. Together with the product, data, and UX teammates, the team is responsible for value delivery, analysis, ideation, and focus.
• System Design: Design efficient system architectures that align with team goals, constraints and schedules.

• Full-Stack Expertise: This role is primarily backend-focused, with about 70% of the work on back-end development and 30% on the front-end, requiring solid backend expertise and well-rounded full-stack engineering skills.
• Exposure to front-end tech: A good understanding of React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Exposure to architectural patterns of a large, high-scale web application (e.g., well-designed APIs, high-volume data pipelines, efficient algorithms);
• Proactive Problem-Solving: You will be expected to face and solve challenges independently, both in the codebase and in our product initiatives.
• High level of self-organization, ownership, and responsibility;
• Communication Skills: Good at working with others and communicating effectively in English at a B2 level or higher.
• A great collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Minimum B2 English level;
