At Grupo Mammafiore, we are looking for an IT intern to join our team of passionate food and wine lovers, providing support in the digitalization and automation of key processes through technological and analytical tools, with a focus on configuring OCR solutions, data analysis, and operational process automation. Coaching, continuous training, and personalized follow-up will be provided for professional development.

About the role:

Collaboration and Functional Support

• Working closely with the IT and Operations teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technological solutions.
• Preparing basic technical documentation for developments and processes.
• Actively participating in follow-up meetings and internal training sessions.

Process Automation

• Developing solutions to integrate files and workflows between local folders, SharePoint, and FTP/SFTP servers.
• Implementing semi-automated processes to improve operational efficiency.

OCR & Document Automation

• Configuration and implementation of Document Capture for OCR digitization of documents (supplier/customer invoices, orders, etc.).
• Integration of OCR-read data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support in testing and validating the automated reading and posting process.

Data Analysis and Visualization

• Accessing, querying, and processing SQL databases.
• Creating dynamic data connections with Excel (Power Query) and Power BI.
• Designing and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards for business teams.

Who we are looking for:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or similar engineering.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, and collaborative platforms like SharePoint.
• Interest in ERP solutions, preferably Business Central.
• Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work in a team, receive constructive feedback, and learn quickly.
