Red Global - Lead SAP Test Manager – Hybrid/Remote (Spain, Poland, or Czech Republic)

Our client are looking for an SAP test manager to join them on a long term contract leading the SAP testing for one of their biggest projects.

This is an urgent role with a February start date.

What Youll Do

Lead full-cycle SAP testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance phases.

Define robust test strategies for large-scale ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs.

Champion automation using a Shift-Left approach and modern frameworks.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, risk management, and on-time delivery.

Guide global teams and coordinate with vendors across multiple regions.

Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools like TOSCA and Solution Manager.

What You Bring

20+ years of SAP testing expertise, spanning ECC and S/4HANA programs.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Deep knowledge of SAP Finance, MM, SD, and related SaaS solutions.

Proven experience with automation frameworks and performance testing.

Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, HP ALM, Jira, and TCoE environments.
