Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Analyst based in Marbella. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsable of finding land to develop new residential projects around Spain, preparing financial models, doing market research, visiting the assets and presenting the opportunities to the investment comitte. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure project objectives are met effectively. This collaboration includes several departments, such as legal, marketing, sales and technical.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Familiarity with real estate and knowledge of urban planning procedures is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other data management tools is required
