🎓 Erasmus+ internship opportunity at Happy Erasmus Pamplona!

📍 Location: Pamplona, Spain

🕒 Duration: 3–4 months (flexible dates)

📅 Start date: January 9th

🔔 Important: This internship is only open to students eligible for an Erasmus+ internship grant. It is an unpaid internship.

Please make sure your university can provide you with an Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeship before applying. We do not offer financial compensation, so the Erasmus+ grant is essential.

🏢 About Us

Happy Erasmus Pamplona is a non-profit international student association that helps Erasmus and exchange students feel at home in Pamplona. We organize weekly trips around Spain and France, themed parties, and support services (accommodation, SIM cards, bank accounts, etc.).

In the 2024–25 academic year alone, we:

🧳 Organized 31 trips (avg. 75+ participants per trip)

🎉 Hosted 35+ parties and events

🌍 Created lifelong memories for 500+ international students

🧩 What you’ll do

Your main goal will be to increase student involvement and help us improve our services for the international student community.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting international students in our office (info, guidance, etc.)
• Promoting and selling trips and events
• Helping during events and parties (minimum once a week)
• Creating or editing content for our website and social media
• Supporting the team with creative or organizational tasks

💡 Who we’re looking for

We don’t expect you to be an expert, just someone motivated, proactive, and excited to contribute.

You’d be a great fit if:

✅ You’re eligible for an Erasmus+ traineeship

✅ You speak fluent English (basic Spanish is a plus!)

✅ You enjoy socializing, working in teams, and supporting others

✅ You’re creative and know your way around tools like Canva, CapCut, Word, or Excel

✅ You’re open-minded and love international environments

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in sales or event promotion
• Basic skills in video editing or social media content creation
