About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position in Guest Relations Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role

• Assist in welcoming guests, ensuring a warm and professional arrival experience in line with LQA and Forbes standards.
• Support with VIP arrivals, in-room check-ins, hotel show-arounds, and coordination of welcome amenities.
• Learn to handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, escalating details to the Guest Relations Manager.
• Develop a strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and the Jumeirah brand to confidently assist and inform guests.
• Collaborate with the Concierge and F&B teams to enhance guest experiences and observe cross-selling techniques.
• Maintain an immaculate appearance, stay present in the lobby, and proactively assist guests to ensure a memorable stay.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

• Studies related to hospitality
  
  

Experience

• Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Competent in Opera
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
