About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Intern position to join our Guest Services Department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage, ensuring prompt and courteous service at all times.
• Assist with guest departures, handling luggage efficiently and ensuring a smooth farewell experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options.
• Support the Concierge and Front Office team with guest requests and special arrangements.
• Uphold Jumeirah’s grooming and service standards, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

• Studies related to hospitality
  
  

Experience

• Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.
  
  

Skills

• Excellent English.
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of colleagues and Management.
