About The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Reservations Intern position to join our Reservations department in Jumeirah Mallorca.

The Main Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role

• Answer the phone by filtering the calls as switchboard/operator and answer calls as reservation agent.
• Assist in answering emails regarding customer requests as well as quotes from customers and agencies.
• Enter reservations into our system.
• Support the Booking agents with other functions needed.
• Learn to know in depth the Department of Reservations and Revenue.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

• Studies related to hospitality
  
  

Experience

• Hospitality or guest service experience will be strength.
  
  

Skills

• Fluent in English
• German language will be strength .
• Pleasing personality with a good attitude
• Knowledge about IT and PMS System, preferably Opera
• Open minded and flexible
