Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish and English, ensuring a positive experience for consumers and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with inquiries related to healthcare products, usage guidance, and product information.
- Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient case handling.
- Work efficiently across rotating shifts in a fully remote environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability to work structured shifts, including late hours (with additional compensation).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active-listening skills.
- Comfortable working remotely with good digital literacy.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
Compensation Package:
- excellent monthly salary
