We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic contact center operations in Lisbon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO / Call Center management, excellent leadership skills, and fluency in Spanish or French (C2) plus English (B2).

You’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve performance goals and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Supervise and coach a multilingual team of customer service representatives.
• Monitor KPIs, performance targets, and quality metrics.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions and performance reviews.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and motivating team environment.
• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and efficiency.

• Native or near-native Spanish or French (C2) and good English (B2).
• Proven experience as a Team Leader in a Call Center or BPO environment.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Analytical mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
