Medier is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to join our CRM team.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Setup

– Technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns within internal systems.

• Documentation Management

– Working with Google Docs and Sheets to organize and track project data.

• Deep-Dive Analysis

– Carefully reviewing all task details and components before execution to ensure accuracy.

• Quality Control & Problem Solving

– Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and collaborating with managers to resolve issues quickly.

• Content & Translation Audit

– Reviewing translations, spotting mistakes, and refining final copy to ensure high quality.

Requirements:

• English level B1 or higher
• Clear and proactive communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Confident user of Google Workspace tools
