Descripción

• Business control; supporting the business with (profitability) analysis, financial reports and business information.
• Maintain and improve costing system.
• Ensure timely preparation of group reporting including analysis as input for Plant Manager and OE division controller. Directly responsible for reporting, planning, analysis
• Responsible for budgeting, forecasting and Business Planning for the entity.
• Cash-flow management for the entity.
• Business partnering with the functional leaders of the plant.

Perfil Buscado (H/M/D)

• University degree in economics or accounting, MBA, ACCA or similar
• English both spoken and written
• Minimum 3 year experience in a production environment, at least 2 in a multinational company
• Automotive advantage
  
• Analytical thinking, numeracy skills, Business analysis, planning, scenario approach,
• Persistent and result oriented
  
• Communicative
• Independent, at the same time able to organize or to be member of ad hoc created
  teams
  
• IFRS, local accounting standards, Corporate reporting, transfer pricing
• MS Office, mainly Excel, Access, Powerpoint
• IFS (or SAP/Navision) knowledge
