You work closely with the Brand Manager and execute based on clear direction, content calendars, and creative briefs. Your focus is on execution and consistency, ensuring a high, qualitative and reliable content production rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Create social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) based on the content calendar provided and approved by the Brand Manager
- Edit video content based on provided formats and direction
- Help increase overall content production volume across channels
- Support ongoing campaigns, productions, and ad creatives with additional assets
- Deliver all content for review and approval by the Brand Manager
- Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
- Collaborate with the marketing team where needed
- Increased social media content output
- Faster turnaround on content creation and edits
- Reliable support for campaigns and productions
This role ensures that creative strategy and direction can be translated into consistent, high-quality execution. It allows the marketing team to move faster and more proactively towards opportunities, without compromising brand quality.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a hands-on Content Creator who loves turning ideas into actual content — and doing it consistently.
You have:
- Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Strong digital editing skills in:
- Canva (must-have)
- CapCut or similar video tools (must-have)
- Adobe tools (nice-to-have, not required)
- Experience with short-form video editing (Reels, TikToks)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A good eye for visual quality, pacing, and on-brand content
- Comfortable working from clear briefs, formats, and content calendars
- Fast and reliable in execution (you enjoy producing, not overthinking)
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused, even when working at speed
- Open to feedback and able to implement revisions efficiently
- Organized enough to manage multiple pieces of content at once
- Experienced in finding and staying up-to-date on social media best practices
- Proactive in spotting small improvements in visuals or formats
- Remote working from Spain, where you will be working for our office based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands 23 paid vacation days per year (based on a full-time contract)
