Seleccionamos un Ingeniero con más de 4 años de experiencia en actividades Safety para incorporación en un importante proyecto para Sector Aeroespacial (Health & Safety e impacto ambiental).
REQUISITOS:
- Al menos 4 años de experiencia en realización de análisis de Safety y RAM en entornos espaciales (se valorarán conocimientos/ experiencia en Safety en otras disciplinas).
- Conocimiento estándares ECSS para la ESA.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar de forma puntual.
- Formación en Ingeniería, preferiblemente Grado en Ingeniería Aeroespacial.

Information about the position
As a Health & Safety coordinator, you will design and implement the company's policies related to health and safety at logistics facilities and improve employee working conditions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations within the company, all while taking into account its performance.We are seeking a candidate with a proactive and agile mindset to become part of our team. Our organization is young and continually evolving at a fast pace, making this a unique opportunity to play a significant role in building a multinational Health and Safety (H&S) management system and associated tools.
In this position, you will have the chance to be at the forefront of shaping our H&S practices and procedures. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to create and implement solutions.
The role is based near one of our warehouses in Torrejon Madrid.
In this position, you’ll
- Internal and external safety risks analysis
- Design specific awareness tools (training materials, equipment usage guides, signage) for the site to enhance the reliability of HSE procedures.
- Organize preventive actions on-site (fire drills, for example) and propose solutions in case of issues.
- Implement measurement tools and indicators to mitigate risks related to health and safety.
- Verify installations and their compliance by conducting site control visits.
- Accident response management, investigation and corrective actions implementation.
- Occasionally, respond to regulatory authorities' requests, including issuing technical documents and submitting mandatory administrative files, etc.
- Occasionally, draft study reports summarizing all the data (studies, impact calculations) and presenting various risk scenario scenario
- A first experience in risk assessment and H&S regulations
- Experience or knowledge of auditing activities
- Ability to develop and implement clear H&S procedures
- Great training facilitation, empathy, adaptability and listening skills
- Effective communication, both internally and externally
- Strong proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for effective international communication.
- Strong project management skills are necessary for overseeing H&S initiatives successfully.
