En nuestra planta de Tres Cantos, buscamos un/a Técnico/a SHE que lidere iniciativas clave en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Medio Ambiente y Cultura Preventiva, trabajando de forma transversal con distintos departamentos y siendo el punto de conexión con nuestros servicios generales.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
- Impulsar la cultura preventiva y coordinar acciones estratégicas en seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
- Colaborar con el Servicio de Prevención Ajeno en evaluaciones de riesgos y planificación preventiva.
- Liderar el plan anual de formaciones y campañas de comunicación para promover la seguridad.
- Analizar KPI’s, preparar auditorías internas y externas, e implementar mejoras continuas.
- Participar en proyectos innovadores: seguridad en máquinas, ergonomía, reducción de riesgos, sostenibilidad y más.
Lo que buscamos en ti
- Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y/o Gestión Ambiental.
- Conocimientos sólidos en legislación PRL y medio ambiente.
- Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo transversal.
- Inglés mínimo B1 y manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Capacidad para impulsar proyectos y generar impacto.

con interés y conocimientos básicos en Calidad (Q), Seguridad Alimentaria y Medio Ambiente (MA) para trabajar en equipo en la planta de Rubí, Barcelona.
¿Qué harás en tu día a día?
Aplicar y supervisar las políticas y procedimientos corporativos de Salud y Seguridad, impulsando una cultura preventiva positiva.
Realizar evaluaciones de riesgos, investigaciones de incidentes y seguimiento del plan preventivo, incluyendo informes técnicos y participación en el Comité de Seguridad.
Gestionar la formación, coordinación de actividades empresariales, emergencias y EPIs.
Monitorizar KPI de Seguridad y gestionar accidentes, incidentes y acciones correctivas, asegurando su comunicación y cierre.
Impulsar acciones de bienestar, salud y campañas internas.
Además, en Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria y Medio Ambiente, colaborarás en :
Gestionar y mantener los sistemas de Calidad, Seguridad Alimentaria y Medio Ambiente (ISO, FSSC, HACCP), asegurando su correcta implementación en planta.
Elaborar, ejecutar y actualizar planes y procedimientos
(calidad, limpieza, control de plagas, potabilidad, residuos, emergencias), garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares y requisitos legales.
Realizar controles y revisar registros (HACCP, controles de higiene, potabilidad, etc), detectar desviaciones y coordinar acciones correctivas para asegurar la inocuidad del producto.
Realizar auditorías internas y colaborar en auditorías externas y certificaciones.
Supervisar controles ambientales, gestión de residuos y uso eficiente de recursos.
Y por supuesto trabajarás en programas de mejora de la Cultura Preventiva y de Mejora Continua.
¿Qué buscamos?
Grado / licenciatura / Ingeniería
Formación en PRL
Técnico Superior en PRL (3 esp)
Muy valorable formación en MA, Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria, Sistemas de PRL.
1-3 años de experiencia en entornos similares.
Buen manejo de Office; valorable SAP y CAD.
Actitud positiva, orden, curiosidad y facilidad para trabajar con equipos de producción.

Reports to: Europe & Asia Senior Manager HSEQ
This is a hybrid role supporting both the Health & Safety function across Europe & Asia and USA, as well the day-to-day Facilities operations of the Leeds office.
The successful candidate will assist the Senior Health & Safety Manager with routine safety tasks, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management meetings, and audit preparation across regional offices.
Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing facilities services in the Leeds office, ensuring smooth operations and a safe working environment through regular on-site presence (minimum 2–3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety & ISO Management
- Support the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures across Europe, Asia and USA.
- Participate in regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and address non-compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up to date health and safety records on a monthly basis for Europe, Asia and USA.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including annual audits and Fire Risk Assessment for Europe & Asia offices.
- Monitor and track action plans resulting from internal and external audits to ensure timely completion.
- Respond to general health and safety enquiries and investigate concerns raised.
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Health & Safety Manager for Europe & Asia and North America.
- Ensure completion of internal ISO and health & safety audits for Europe & Asia, collaborating with Facilities management and Senior Managers to coordinate local procedures and environmental processes, ensuring minimum compliance standards are met.
- Investigate all accidents in consultation with the Senior Health & Safety Manager and facilities Management and assist in reviewing accident investigation forms to ensure remedial actions are implemented.
- Work with Senior Health &Safety Manager and external advisors to conduct health & safety audits for London Madrid, Berlin, Brussels and India Offices.
- Assist in developing and managing internal audit and measurement tools and implement structured reporting systems for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and support staff and contractors in complying with health & safety legislation, client standards and contractual agreements across Europe, Asia and North America.
- Prepare and present ISO reports and performance data for Health & Safety Senior Manager
- Support local Office Managers that all regulatory ISO data and documents are well maintained and up to date.
- Help maintain security at the Leeds office by managing internal card access systems and lock-up procedures.
- Assist the Health & Safety Manager with regular risk assessments, safety checks, and annual inspections of equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Update and record facilities issues regularly on the shared facilities log sheet.
- Raise purchase orders and verify invoice details for health & safety suppliers.
- Support remote workers with access to the IWG App (external serviced office provider), maintain and update the employee access list, and review the monthly on-demand option by creating and updating a simple data sheet.
- Assist with organizing office events, both onsite and offsite, for Leeds and Birmingham staff.
- Health & Safety Assistant experience or equivalent role min. 2 years

- Strong communicator who can influence senior management
- Capable in emergency situations
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint)
- Occupational Health and Safety certification preferred

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Health & Safety Data Specialist will support the Global Health & Safety (H&S) team by ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging communication of safety data, initiatives, and performance across Ocean Winds. This role is pivotal in embedding the H&S strategy, strengthening governance, and driving cultural alignment through clear, data-driven storytelling.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
Data Management & Reporting
• Collect, validate and analyse safety data across all regions.
• Develop and manage dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards that align to the global H&S strategy.
• Maintain consistent standards in incident and contractor reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Lead global data quality reviews and represent OW in industry data panels (e.g. G+).
• Identify and implement reporting efficiencies and system improvements.
Communication & Engagement
• Translate technical safety data into clear, compelling insights for executives, frontline teams, and regulators.

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Strong experience in corporate communications, preferably in energy, renewables, oil & gas, or other high-risk industries.
