Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Auditor at Five Flowers Hotel & Spa, located in Formentera. The Night Auditor is responsible for managing the overnight operations of the hotel, including performing end-of-day financial processes, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with Receptionist Duties and Reservations management, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and handling booking systems
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to assist guests professionally and address their needs effectively
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and understanding financial processes, including balancing ledgers and preparing audit reports
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently during night shifts
• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is a plus
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hospitality role preferred
