Job Brief
The Regional Associate Program Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, serving as right hand to the Global Head of Delivery. This position is designed for a visionary leader who embodies the essence of project management but extends far beyond into the realms of strategic planning, quality assurance, and delivery excellence. With a direct reporting line to the Global Head of Delivery, this role is integral in shaping our delivery capabilities, ensuring the feasibility and intelligence of our commercial and technical proposals, and maintaining the highest standards of project execution and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management for Key Initiatives: Actively project manage key projects or client retainers from kick-off through to successful delivery. This involves detailed planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, and hands-on leadership to ensure project objectives are met with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This responsibility also includes facilitating smooth project kick-offs, ensuring all project team members are aligned on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and roles.
- Commercial Proposal Development: Craft compelling commercial proposals for new business opportunities, aligning with expected scope and resources.
- Talent Allocation: Work closely with the heads/leads of each team to anticipate and fulfill staffing needs, ensuring you assign talent based on individual strengths for each challenge. Assess team skills in data, creative, strategy, and influencer domains. You’ll be fully responsible to cast the resources you need, based on the quotes and SOW you developed. Your project, your responsibility under your control.
- Quality Assurance: Take full accountability for the quality assurance of all projects, ensuring they meet or exceed our standards and client expectations. Implement and refine quality control processes to continuously enhance our delivery framework.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that project kick-offs and project-based activities are conducted effectively, with a keen focus on efficient management, staffing, and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational success.
- Strategic Planning and Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and validation of commercial and technical proposals to ensure they are smart, feasible, and aligned with our delivery capabilities. Act as a critical thinker to foresee delivery challenges and opportunities, making strategic recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Oversee the Senior Project Manager/Senior Producer, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Serve as a mentor and accountability partner to Project Managers/Senior Producers, guiding them in project kickoff, execution, and staffing strategies.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek and implement improvements in our delivery processes, tools, and methodologies to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. Champion the adoption of best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between the delivery team, executive leadership, and clients. Communicate effectively across all levels to ensure transparency, alignment, and mutual success in our delivery objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in strategic planning, quality assurance, and team leadership.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and strategize effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in handling complex client relationships and internal dynamics.
- Familiarity with the latest project management tools, technologies, and best practices.
