Key job responsibilities
- Create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements
- Set measurable milestones for projects as well as continuous goal setting for ongoing programmes
- Collect and analyse data to drive project decisions and provide business insights
- Run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programmes
- Document standards for projects and ensure compliance
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
Every day is different as a Programme Manager. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively on projects, which may be at different stages of the project lifecycle, from development to delivery. You might spend your morning gathering data and feedback to assess a programme pilot, then spend your afternoon discussing a resourcing plan for another project. You will collaborate with other teams, track project progress, and share updates with key stakeholders.
Amazon is a data-driven business, so no matter which project you are implementing, part of your role will involve gathering insights to make decisions.

Basic Qualifications
- A degree
- Relevant experience working in a programme management role with multiple stakeholders
- Relevant experience in analysing quantitative data effectively to drive decisions
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or SQL in a professional environment
- Experience working in an operational environment or with technical teams
- Experience collaborating with teams based in different locations and external partners

Buscamos un Program Manager cuyo rol será liderar y supervisar los proyectos e iniciativas de desarrollo del producto del área de Compliance (facturación electrónica) en Voxel. Se deberá por lo tanto orquestar, junto con los stakeholders, la implementación del programa de proyectos desde su inicio con la gestión del backlog de iniciativas, hasta la puesta en producción y paso a explotación del servicio, gestionando adecuadamente la comunicación y expectativas de todos los stakeholders.
📝Funciones y responsabilidades:
- En coordinación con los Product Managers y los stakeholders de la empresa, gestionarás el Backlog de iniciativas del Producto Compliance para los nuevos proyectos de Facturación electrónica. Mantendrás en todo momento el backlog priorizado y actualizado el status de cada iniciativa.
- Junto con el equipo de Producto, orquestará las iniciativas de Compliance desde el análisis legal, requerimientos administrativos de cada país, gestión de partners, análisis funcional, desarrollo de producto, testing y paso a PRD.
- Junto con el equipo de Producto y los equipos técnicos, facilitarás las sesiones necesarias para poder definir el alcance del proyecto a nivel funcional
- En coordinación con el Equipo de Producto (analistas legales, analistas funcionales y Product Owners), será el responsable de definir alcance, roadmap, esfuerzo y coste de cada feature de producto.
- Supervisarás, en coordinación con los Product Owners, el desarrollo tecnológico del producto de cara al cumplimiento de las metas propuestas en tiempo y alcance.
- Para nuevas funcionalidades o servicios de la plataforma, serás el responsable de gestionar la implementación de los pilotos con cliente.
- Estructurarás el equipo interno de trabajo para cada iniciativa: equipo de desarrollo, equipo de análisis, legal, activación, Customer care, etc.
- Junto con los Product Managers, tendrás la interlocución con partners de servicio.
- Velarás por el cumplimiento de la metodología y uso de herramientas que el equipo de producto-Compliance utilice.
- Gestionarás desviaciones de los proyectos (nuevos requerimientos o cambio de alcance)
- Reportar periódicamente a los Product Managers el estado de avance de los proyectos
- Asegurar que la documentación de los proyectos de Compliance esté completa para los usuarios externos e internos.
- Serás el responsable de la facturación de todos los servicios y de garantizar que todos los servicios implementados se puedan cobrar en el futuro (contratos y facturador)
- Gestionar administrativamente la relación con los partners o proveedores de servicio: contrato, facturación, cumplimento de SLAs...
- Coordinar la formación a las áreas usuarias y el traspaso al equipo de operaciones y ventas.
- Participar activamente en los procesos de mejora continua de la organización.

- Título universitario en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
- Experiencia en gestión de programas/proyectos similares: software de gestión o implementación de herramientas de automatización de backoffice
- Conocimiento de gestión de programas proyectos (PMI/agile
- Experiencia liderando equipos equipos de desarrollo de producto
- Experiencia de interlocución con clientes en la implementación de proyectos.
- Alto nivel de comunicación (asertividad), liderazgo, proactividad, organización y negociación.
- Conocimientos de herramientas de gestión de proyectos tales como Project, Monday, Kanbanize u otros
- Idioma: Inglés, castellano

What you will do:
