1GBM EUI, TikTok's Global Business Marketing team, champions the brand in the B2B space by educating, inspiring, and creating opportunities for sales teams to build key client relationships and showcase TikTok’s ability to drive business outcomes. The GBM Spanish team is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the Spanish marketing strategy through brand campaigns, events, client engagement, and partnerships. Reporting to the GBM Marketing Manager, in Madrid, this role is integral to growing client awareness and affinity for TikTok for Business, driving new opportunities while strengthening existing relationships in Spain.
The Marketing Manager will thrive in crafting strategic, creative, and impactful marketing plans across paid and owned channels, delivering campaigns and client experiences that align with business goals. They will be adept at managing a busy calendar of initiatives, from drafting business updates and social posts to planning and executing exceptional events, whether virtual or on the ground, with a strong focus on ROI and client satisfaction. Collaboration is key, as the role requires close coordination with Sales, Comms, Events, Product, and Marketing Science teams, while also fostering external relationships with trade bodies, advertising associations, and industry publications.
TikTok’s fast-paced environment demands a proactive, adaptable professional who can pivot quickly to new opportunities and implement innovative tactics that enhance brand love and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will bring proven B2B marketing experience, exceptional communication and project management skills, and a genuine passion for advertising and technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing Development
- Develop and execute a roadmap for multi-channel marketing, including events, client engagement, communications, and partnerships.
- Lead integrated campaigns using case studies, event decks, and partnerships to boost brand presence and drive growth.
2. Content Marketing
- Create and implement engaging, multi-channel messaging that resonate with target segments and drive platform activation.
- Adapt global messaging to produce localised industry-wide messaging that highlights TikTok’s capabilities and potential for local marketers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing Science, Product Strategy, Monetization, Sales, Comms) to ensure cohesive, aligned messaging that supports TikTok’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate materials and campaigns that enable the sales team to unlock both brand and performance advertising spend, expanding client capabilities on the platform.
3. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement
- Drive thought leadership through events, roundtables, client councils, and roadshows to inspire industry stakeholders.
- Build and manage industry partnerships and trade body relationships to boost the company’s profile and visibility.
4. Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Analyse campaign performance to provide insights and data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
- Innovate marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and results, using insights from past campaigns.
5. Project Management & Operational Excellence
- Oversee and execute local marketing activities, including advertising and events, to ensure alignment with market needs and maximise ROI.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills, ensuring timely delivery and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Work with sales to develop tailored marketing strategies that address client needs, align with business objectives, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Expertise in digital marketing, including performance marketing, social media, and multi-channel content creation.
- Proven success in leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Strategy, Sales, Marketing Science, and Communications.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholders and execute marketing initiatives seamlessly.
- Strong project management abilities, adept at handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience applying data-driven insights and tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, and Sprinklr to optimize campaigns.
- High oral and written fluency in Spanish and English is required to communicate directly with markets across the Spanish region, reflecting the nature of the markets this position covers.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- A collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills, adept at influencing and working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and creative/media agencies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the social, media, and advertising landscapes, with a particular emphasis on the Spain media industry.
- Experience creating and implementing event programs, from securing speaking engagements to organizing large-scale events and agency roadshows.
- Demonstrated success in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a hands-on approach and an enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement.
