Role Overview:
As a Property Consultant at our client's real estate agency, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process of residential and commercial properties. Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional advice and personalized solutions that meet clients' real estate needs. A successful Property Consultant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential buyers, sellers, and renters to understand their specific requirements and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and updates on market trends and opportunities.
- Evaluate properties and gather all necessary information, including photos, legal documents, and property details.
- Create and publish compelling property listings on various online and offline marketing channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns for property promotion.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing clients with a comprehensive understanding of the property's features, benefits, and potential.
- Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing expert advice on property value, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring a fair deal for all parties.
- Prepare and review all necessary legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and property disclosures.
- Coordinate with mortgage brokers, solicitors, inspectors, and other professionals involved in the transaction process.
- Monitor the progress of transactions and ensure a smooth and timely closing, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate market conditions to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your professional network and generate new business opportunities.
- Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications:
- A valid real estate agent or broker's license, as required by local regulations.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, industry trends, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Proficient in using property listing platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

En relación directa con el Jefe de Ventas, las principales funciones a desarrollar serán:
- Asesorar a nuestros clientes en la toma de decisiones de la adquisición de vivienda.
- Atender a clientes nacionales e internacionales.
- Realizar entrevistas de venta y seguimiento telefónico a clientes potenciales/comparadores.
- Gestionar la preventa y control de la propia actividad comercial.
- Gestionar y apoyar en la asistencia ferias internacionales.
- Apoyar al Área Internacional en los diferentes países europeos.
- Analizar y optimizar las relaciones con la red de agentes, gestionando el canal de comunicación (E-mailing agentes).
- Gestionar las citas y altas de los clientes en el ERP de la compañía.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Orientación a resultados en base a los objetivos propuestos por la compañía.
- Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas y adaptarse a cambios en el mercado.
- Valorable residencia cercana del puesto de trabajo.
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio.
- Nivel fluido de inglés.
