UX/UI Sketch

En CAS Training, empresa líder con más de 20 años en consultoría tecnológica, outsourcing y formación especializada, buscamos incorporar un/a diseñador/a UX/UI experimentado/a con 5 años de experiencia para proyectos innovadores y desafiantes.

Requisitos mínimos
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en UX, UI, flujos de usuario y customer journeys.
- Experiencia en participando en proyectos del sector industria (logística de materiales de construcción y cadena de suministro)
- Dominio en diseño visual y prototipado en Figma.
- Conocimiento en sistemas de diseño y documentación.
- Experiencia en investigación y pruebas de usuario.
- Nivel de inglés alto (C1).
- Herramientas: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma u otras similares.

Funciones:
- Investigación de usuarios: entrevistas, encuestas y pruebas de usabilidad.
- Arquitectura de la información: flujos de usuario y organización de contenidos.
- Wireframes y prototipos: visualización de ideas y iteración de soluciones.
- Diseño de UI: interfaces atractivas alineadas con la marca.
- Diseño de interacción: microinteracciones, animaciones y elementos interactivos.
- Pruebas de usabilidad: validar decisiones de diseño y mejorar según feedback.
- Colaboración: trabajar con product managers, desarrolladores y stakeholders.

Responsabilities

• Investigation of user trends and functionality patterns
• Prepare and apply interviews with users
• Creation of navigation trees
• Creation of low, medium and high-fidelity wireframes in digital products
• Interface prototyping in InVision, Framer, Origami (or similar)
• Graphic adaptation of responsive assets (mobile / tablet / desktop)

Requirements

• Native or Bilingual level of English. We are opened for international students.
• Studies in Graphic Design and Web Development.
• Experience with digital product design tools: Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Experience with prototyping tools: InVision, Principle or FramerX
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, HTML5, CSS3 will be valued
• Competences: Responsibility, attention to detail, proactivity, organizational skills, active listening, creativity, collaboration, teamwork and motivation.
