Our client are a vertically integrated retailer operating almost 20 stores throughout Spain. They seek a General Manager who will own the entire performance for Spain. This is an end to end mandate that combines P&L ownership, online marketing growth, real estate expansion, retail operations and team culture.

From setting the business plan, you will steward the full P&L and balance sheet, by translating strategy into a monthly / weekly operating rhythm. You will drive online by working closely with an Agency or in house team.

There is a real focus on growth in Spain, your previous experience will assist in market mapping, broker selection, landlord negotiations, lease signings and successful openings.

Naturally, you will be a Retail Operations leader and understand that people and culture are critical in determining success.

Your previous corporate and MID / SMALL organisation experience will ensure that you are an all rounder, and that you have extensive exposure to other retail supporting departments including supply chain and customer service.

We seek an individual with HIGH STREET RETAIL furniture experience, at GM or Director level.

You will have deep knowledge of retail in Spain and have the rights to live and work in Spain.

Fluent Spanish and English speaking skills are required.

Salary sits from 100k euros - 150k euros.
