Role: Creative Duo / Dupla Creativa (Art Director + Copywriter)

Location: Madrid, Spain (hybrid)

About the role: 

We are partnering with a leading FMCG client to hire a talented & established Creative Duo (Art Director + Copywriter) with experience in an advertising agency environment and exposure to major brands.

We’re looking for a creative duo that instinctively understands how Gen Z communicates - fluent in their language, in tune with their cultural references, and able to connect with them authentically as equals. You’ll have a deep understanding of digital culture, staying ahead of trends, memes, and emerging formats, and know how to translate these into relevant, impactful ideas, strategies, and content.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll be part of a collaborative team of around 20 people, working in a fast-paced studio environment where agility, creativity, and attention to detail are key.

What you will be doing: 

• Developing innovative and engaging ideas across multiple brands within the client portfolio
• Creating activation campaigns, social content, and internal communications
• Presenting concepts, copy, and creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
• Maintaining a continuous flow of proactive, original, and impactful ideas
• Collaborating closely with Creative and Social teams, while also working independently
• Delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and fast turnaround times

What you need to be great in this role:

• Proven agency experience, including client-facing responsibilities
• Strong ability to ideate and execute creative concepts, particularly for social media
• Experience developing content across social, newsletters, and internal communications

Copywriter:

• Skilled in crafting compelling, platform-native copy and creative concepts
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across formats and audiences

Art Director:

• Excellent design sensibility with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools

For both:

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats
• Ability to work within and adhere to brand guidelines
• Confidence presenting ideas to clients
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working across multilingual projects is a plus
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your impact across the full creative process - from brief to delivery

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

• Redacción, corrección y actualización de textos jurídicos y material didáctico.
• Seguimiento y comunicación de cambios en la legislación aplicable a los contenidos.
• Revisión del material entregado por autores para asegurar su concordancia con el programa oficial o de referencia.
• Introducción de actualizaciones en los contenidos y creación de originales de alta calidad didáctica.
• Redacción y corrección de textos jurídicos y confección de preguntas y supuestos para materiales impresos o digitales.
• Actualización constante de temarios.

¿Qué requisitos tienes que cumplir?

• Licenciatura o Grado, preferiblemente en Derecho.
• Catalán nivel alto.
• Conocimientos avanzados de diseño instruccional
• Creación y diseño de presentaciones con Power Point.
• Valorable tener conocimiento y experiencia en oposiciones jurídicas.
