This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in aligning demand, supply, financials, and strategic goals for a leading global organisation.Importantly, the primary goal of this project is to track how well different teams and markets are adhering to the established supply chain planning process — not to build the process itself, but to assess whether it is being followed properly and consistently.Key Responsibilities: Lead Demand Planning ProcessesDevelop and manage accurate forecasts of customer demandLeverage historical data, market trends, and stakeholder inputs Monitor IBP AdherenceEvaluate and report on how effectively teams are applying the IBP frameworkIdentify gaps and recommend improvements in compliance and consistency Improve Forecast Accuracy & Process DisciplineMeasure forecast performance and drive improvementsEnhance planning tools, processes, and stakeholder engagement Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply ChainKey Requirements: IBP ExpertiseDeep understanding of monthly IBP cycles and process designExperience monitoring process adherence in complex organisations Demand Planning SystemsStrong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or APO, Oracle Demantra, o9, or similar tools Data & Analytics SkillsAdvanced ExcelPower BI or TableauBasic SQL and statistical modelling Stakeholder CollaborationProven ability to influence and engage cross-functional teamsContract Details:Length: 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)Location: Fully remote (must be based within Europe)Start: ASAPHow to Apply:If you are passionate about demand planning, IBP, and driving process compliance across international teams, please send your CV and availability to ******
