Descripción

Propósito: Coordinar y dar soporte a usuarios de aplicaciones locales y colaborar en el soporte de las aplicaciones corporativas conforme a las directrices y políticas de los departamentos corporativos de FCX para garantizar la seguridad e integridad de los datos y maximizar la funcionalidad y disponibilidad del servicio para la comunidad de usuarios de Atlantic Copper. Colaborar en el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos de digitalización mediante el uso de herramientas corporativas.



Dependiendo del mánager de Aplicaciones, sus funciones serán:

• Colaborar con el equipo local de Aplicaciones, en el desarrollo y posterior implementación, junto con los equipos corporativos, de la solución necesaria para cubrir las necesidades de los proyectos estratégicos de la compañía
• Soporte a la comunidad de negocio en el día a día y participar en diversos proyectos corporativos donde se trabajará con equipos locales y corporativos
• Colaborar en proyectos de desarrollo de aplicaciones buscando la digitalización de los procesos de todos los departamentos de la compañía utilizando las herramientas corporativas disponibles·
• Integración con el resto de equipo de sistemas de información (local y corporativo) en los proyectos y/o actividades de soporte.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Experiencia de al menos 3 años preferiblemente en proyectos internacionales en empresas industriales
• Conocimiento funcional de procesos industriales
• Experiencia en todas las fases de proyectos especialmente en las fases de análisis, toma de requerimientos y elaboración de diseños funcionales
• Grado o Máster Universitario o Grado FP Tecnología
• Muy alto conocimiento (nivel desarrollador) de SQL, Excel, Access y otras herramientas ofimáticas M365
• Alto conocimiento en modelado y explotación de datos y Microsoft Power BI
• Valorable conocimiento de distintos lenguajes de programación
• Valorable conocimiento de herramientas de captura, tratamiento y reporte de datos de operaciones
• Buen nivel de inglés
• Habilidades en desarrollo de proyectos, trabajo en equipo y proactividad

Success can only be achieved by combining a programmatic approach to optimize volumes and margins in the short term with a strategic approach to take into account the reactions from the other players in the game, from customers to hotels, from competitors to regulatory bodies.

To this end, we are looking for a senior leader to craft Agoda’s global strategy and execute upon it, using a wide range of tactics and tools, from price display to machine learning algorithms.

He or she will closely coordinate with Agoda’s senior management, marketing and product teams, while managing and expanding a team of talented pricing campaign managers and analysts.

What you will be doing:

• Work with C-level executives and other internal stakeholders to craft a global pricing framework, taking into account Agoda’s strategic priorities
• Work with the Product team to build the tools to execute and monitor pricing actions and to improve price display across all channels
• Work with the Market Development team to collect price benchmarking data and intelligence from local markets, and to respond to moves from competitors and hotel partners
• Design and deploy pricing actions, balancing short term financial goals with the longer term strategic imperatives
• Manage a multi-million dollar budget and provide visibility to internal stakeholders
• Inspire and coach a team of analysts and campaign managers and expand it by hiring talent

• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, including both traditional machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Execute proof projects showcasing the value of Celonis Process Intelligence in the context of our customers’ strategy, business initiatives, and challenges.
• Collaborate with customers and partners to design and build solutions in the Celonis Process Intelligence that drive value realisation and ensure a positive return on investment.
• Frame the strategic and quantitative business value Celonis will bring to our customers’ organization and deliver presentations to senior executives that outline the opportunity, product solution, and business case to drive investment decisions.
• Build strong relationships with our customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen.
• Collaborate and share customer insights & feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation.
• Ideate and collaborate in the creation of new pre-sales motions and post-sales engagement models to support customers in innovative and scalable ways.
• Create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to the Growth Value Engineering team.
  
  

The qualifications you need:

We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from mistakes. You have a bachelors and/or masters degree level in the field of Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a comparable degree program, as well as work/internship experience. You’re curious, self-motivated, enjoy continuous learning, and you want to work in a lively environment characterized by high growth.

You are successful as a Value Engineer if you:

• Have a passion for technology, data, OpenAI and LLMs and the impact it can have on the world
• Have a hunger to learn new technologies; knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL, Python is a plus
• Any exposure to process mining principles and completion of Celonis Rising Star modules would be a welcome indicator of your eagerness to develop in this field.
• Are able to think analytically and creatively, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
• Are focused on creating and adding value for customers
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute
• Are able to build relationships with senior management and influence decision-makers
• Are confident to present to C-level executives and larger audiences

En Inetum buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de Process Mining. Perfiles con experiencia en ETL y visualización de Datos, si adicionalmente aportas experiencia en Celonis, estamos deseando conocerte.

Trabajarás en proyectos de minería de procesos con Celonis como ingeniero de datos en un proyecto de larga duración. Se proporcionará formación en Celonis a los candidatos seleccionados.

Modalidad de trabajo híbrida, presencialidad 2-3 días en oficina del cliente en Talavera de la Reina (Toledo).

Requisitos

Requisitos Obligatorios

• Nivel de SQL: Medio-Alto.
• Mínimo 12 meses de experiencia en proyectos con ETL y carga de datos de gran volumen.
  
  

Requisito deseables

• Grado o titulación media en Ingeniería Técnica, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Matemáticas, Física o afines.
• Conocimientos de scripting (preferiblemente Python).
• Capacidades analíticas.
• Conocimientos en procesos, minería de procesos y mejora de procesos.
• Conocimiento avanzado de técnicas de visualización y generación de informes en Power BI.
• 60 meses de experiencia en proyectos con ETL y carga de datos de gran volumen.
