Tus Principales Responsabilidades
- Analizarás en profundidad el comportamiento de nuestros clientes utilizando herramientas como Databricks y otras plataformas de análisis avanzado, para generar insights accionables que impulsen las decisiones de negocio
- Detectarás oportunidades de mejora en la estrategia de negocio y en la experiencia de cliente, aportando recomendaciones basadas en datos que contribuyan al crecimiento de la compañía.
- Desarrollarás visualizaciones, informes y dashboards interactivos y automatizados que permitan a los distintos stakeholders acceder y aprovechar la información de cliente de forma ágil y autónoma.
- Participarás en la definición y propuesta de acciones estratégicas, colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos clave del área.
- Trabajarás codo a codo con equipos de negocio para entender sus retos y ofrecer soluciones basadas en análisis de datos.
- Colaborarás con el área de IT para trasladar requerimientos técnicos, realizar seguimiento de desarrollos y asegurar su correcta implementación.
- Contribuirás a la mejora continua de la calidad del dato, trabajando junto a equipos de información y desarrollo para garantizar consistencia, precisión y usabilidad.
- Impulsarás la automatización de procesos de análisis, identificando oportunidades y proponiendo soluciones innovadoras que aumenten la eficiencia del equipo.
- Crearás audiencias y segmentos de clientes de alta complejidad, optimizando la personalización de la experiencia y maximizando el impacto de nuestras comunicaciones.
- Formación universitaria en Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería, Economía, Data Science o áreas afines.
- Experiencia profesional de 2-3 años en análisis y visualización de datos, idealmente en entornos de moda, retail o sectores con alto enfoque en cliente.
- Dominio de lenguajes de programación para análisis de datos, especialmente SQL y Python (se valorará también R).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización como PowerBI, Looker, Tableau o Qlik.
- Nivel avanzado de Excel, incluyendo manejo de funciones avanzadas, tablas dinámicas y fórmulas complejas.
- Capacidad analítica, técnica y de resolución de problemas, con atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para comunicar hallazgos de forma clara a perfiles no técnicos, adaptando el lenguaje al público y facilitando la toma de decisiones.

ResponsibilitiesSpecific Responsibilities:

📌 MISIÓN PRINCIPAL

¿Cómo será tu día a día?
- Desarrollar y mantener dashboards y reportes que ofrezcan insights poderosos.
- Analizar grandes conjuntos de datos para detectar tendencias, anomalías y oportunidades de mejora.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Data Science en modelos predictivos y prescriptivos.
- Realizar análisis ad hoc para responder a las preguntas de nuestros stakeholders.
- Trabajar con IT para garantizar la calidad y accesibilidad de los datos.
- Proponer y ejecutar mejoras en los procesos de recopilación y análisis.
- Participar en proyectos interdepartamentales, promoviendo una cultura data-driven.
- Asesorar a equipos de marketing, ventas y operaciones en la interpretación y aplicación de tus análisis.
- Experiencia de mínimo 3 años en análisis de datos en entornos empresariales.
- Titulación Universitaria en áreas como Estadística, Matemáticas, Informática o afines.
- Deseable: Máster en Data Science o Analytic.
- Conocimientos en programación (Python, R) y análisis estadístico.
- Dominio avanzado de SQL y herramientas de BI (PowerBi o Tableau).

¿Qué responsabilidades va a tener?
- Contribución a la toma de decisiones relacionadas con el área comercial aportando la información necesaria.
