About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide professional support to our customers and ensure they receive timely, accurate, and friendly assistance throughout their experience with Coral Club.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages.
  • Assist customers with order status, delivery, product availability, pricing, and placing orders.
  • Listen carefully to customers' needs and provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.


Order Processing & Issue Resolution

  • Process customer orders and update information in the company's system.
  • Resolve shipping and delivery issues in cooperation with internal teams.
  • Contact customers when additional information or follow-up is required.


Documentation & Reporting

  • Record every customer interaction accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information and ensure all cases are properly documented.


Product Knowledge

  • Continuously learn about Coral Club products, services, and internal processes.
  • Confidently answer customer questions and provide guidance on company products and services.


What we're looking for

  • Native Spanish (Spain) and Russian language skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or customer service is an advantage.
