I am looking for talent to take on this new site in Spain, it’s based in a key city and it’s a unique gastronomic dining experience, with 5 revenue streams all under the one roof – You must be able to relocate to Spain for this role

This independent restaurant operator has fine dining, bars, events, and many revenues streams under one roof and is on the hunt for talent to take FULL control of these operations.

This business is housed within an iconic building, this will be a one-stop destination where you can come for breakfast lunch, or stay for dinner and relax in their stunning eatery, lots of socializing is sure to be on offer – a one-stop show for a Gastronomic experience, a new site set over 2 floors, consisting of a restaurant space for occasions and events, from private or public events such as movie premiere after parties. On another floor will be a bar and restaurant serving modern British fine dining, whilst on the top floor will be a private champagne and cocktail bar.

As General Manager you will:

• Be the face of the business, they are looking for someone to move this project to the next level, a leader, a self-starter who loves the industry
• Recruiting and training staff and implementing systems and procedures and monitoring the project development while overseeing, marketing, menu development working closely with the Chef, and all areas of the business you would be accountable
• P&L awareness is key, you must have managed a P&L in the past
• The ideal General Manager candidate will have new concept opening experience, worked within thee high-end dining fresh food world, experience with bars late/drinks, etc. in late-night setting is a BIG BONUS & be wholly dedicated to delivering fantastic service.
