We're Hiring: EVENT PROJECT MANAGER for Destination Management Company (DMC)Start date: Immediate, to join our Team in Málaga Office

About UsWe are a Destination Management Company specialized in delivering tailor-made experiences, corporate events, incentives, congresses, and luxury travel programs across Spain.

Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute bespoke events and travel programsManage logistics, budgets, timelines, and supplier coordinationServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the projectSupervise on-site operations when necessaryCollaborate with internal teams and relevant departmentsHandle unexpected challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approachPrepare post-event reports and evaluations

RequirementsPrevious experience as a Project Manager in the MICE, events, or inbound tourism sector is a must.

We will only consider Cv's with this requirement fullfilled.Strong organizational and time management skillsLanguage: Italian and English or German and EnglishProficiency in project management tools (Excel)Solid knowledge of local destinations and supplier networks .

Knowledge of Destination is a plus.Problem-solving mindset, multitasking ability, and attention to detailWillingness to travel as neededLetter of recommendation
