We’re looking for a dynamic Zone Coordinator to lead and inspire high-performing teams across our travel retail operations. This is a temporary contract role, ideal for someone passionate about leadership, sales, and delivering premium customer experiences.

Your Role

As Zone Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, driving performance and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate teams to exceed sales and service targets.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple retail locations.
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and global brand partners.
• Prepare and present performance reports.
• Deliver hands-on coaching in sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience managing sales promoters or retail teams.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel across the region.
• Based in Málaga – Costa del Sol (Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Nerja y Mijas).
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends.
