You will join the team as a project manager, providing high-impact services alongside expert CTO advisory. Our work spans multiple clients and providers, helping them deliver technology initiatives with precision, strategic alignment and lasting value. The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategically minded Project Manager who can operate on two levels:

1. Delivering individual software projects end-to-end – from concept through to successful go-live, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
2. Coordinating and aligning multiple projects – ensuring individual initiatives work together to deliver on a bigger strategic vision across diverse organisations.

In this role, you’ll work with a high number of clients, partners and senior stakeholders, often operating across different business cultures, priorities, and delivery models. Your ability to influence, align, and communicate will be as critical as your ability to deliver.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of specific software projects, managing scope, budget, risks and timelines.

• Shape and coordinate a portfolio of projects to ensure they deliver on collective strategic objectives.

• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to align expectations, resolve challenges and influence decisions.

• Drive governance, reporting and communication frameworks across multiple initiatives.

• Identify interdependencies, risks and opportunities across projects and adjust plans accordingly.

• Ensure delivery approaches are fit for purpose in small, agile, and fast-changing environments.

• Build strong, trusted relationships across independent client organisations.

About You

• Proven track record in delivering complex software projects end-to-end.

• Experienced in programme-level coordination and alignment across multiple initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills, especially at senior and executive levels.

• Comfortable operating across different industries, company sizes, and delivery methodologies.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.

• Strategic thinker with a strong grasp of both technology and business drivers.
