YOUR MISSION:

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our IT department.

As an intern, you will work closely with our experienced IT professionals, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support for a Global company.

• First-line in IT support for business users, including troubleshooting system, hardware, and software issues via a ticketing application.
• Maintenance of common office equipment such as printers, conferencing and Audio & Video systems, Wi-Fi, etc.
• Actively promote and support corporate tools such as Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Actively promote and support corporate tools dedicated to Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Automation -
• Create and publish content related to IT communication, training and IT onboarding.
• Participating in a variety of projects, including international ones.
  
  

Contribute to the creative development of departmental functionalities.

YOUR TALENT:

• Education:
  
• University degree or equivalent level: IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  
• Capabilities:
  
• Willingness to learn and openness to new experiences
• Ability to think analytically
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  
• Specialized skills:
  
• Knowledge of Windows 11, basic network issues, Internet technologies, Microsoft 365 Apps
• English fluent (written and oral) it’s MUST, Spanish and Italian will be a plus
