Rentals Administrator
to join our Short-Term Rentals Department in Marbella.
With a strategic presence in the prestigious
Puente Romano
resort and in the heart of Marbella, we manage an exclusive portfolio of high-end rental properties catering to an international clientele.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the administrative processes within the rentals department and ensure the smooth coordination of each stay.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring clear communication between owners, guests and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative management of bookings and rental agreements.
- Internal coordination of check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitoring and updating availability calendars across rental platforms.
- Supporting the management of guest requests and coordinating with service providers (housekeeping, maintenance, etc.).
- Document control and record keeping.
- Assisting with invoicing and departmental reporting.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries from guests and property owners.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within holiday rentals or the real estate sector.
- Confident user of digital tools and booking platforms.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills.
- Professional communication skills and a service-driven mindset.
- Experience using CRM or property management software.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or similar.
- Previous experience working with international clients or within a premium service environment.
