Who are we looking for?

We're searching for a

Junior Project Manager

with a passion for structure, communication, and people. You'll play a key role in managing freelance creative teams and supporting our growing client portfolio. If you're proactive, organized, and fluent in

Dutch/Flemish at a native or excellent level

(French is a plus, but not mandatory) — we want to meet you!

Your responsibilities

Your time will be evenly split across three main areas:

30% Customer Support

: Be the first point of contact for our Belgian clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service.

30% Project Management

: Coordinate projects from start to finish, making sure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

30% Planning

: Manage schedules internally and externally, collaborating closely with our freelancers (designers, copywriters, etc.).

Additional tasks include monitoring progress, solving issues proactively, and contributing to improvements in our workflows.

Your profile

Native/excellent Dutch/Flemish, with strong written and spoken skills

You have

perfect English

(written and spoken)

French knowledge is a plus

Strong planning and organizational abilities

Excellent communicator, both internally and externally

Proactive, solution-minded, and reliable

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing oversight

Flexible and eager to work in a dynamic international team

Experience working with freelancers is a plus
