Are you looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity in the commercial insurance field? Are you German/Dutch/Italian/ French Speaker?

Role Purpose

Join our team as a Digital Insurance Operations Associate, supporting digital projects and the insurance industry by testing platforms, identifying issues, and facilitating communication between project teams and IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Test digital platforms, report issues, and assist in prioritizing them.
• Develop test cases, create user guides, and support troubleshooting.
• Contribute to communication strategies and organize meetings.
• Support training sessions and data migration to new platforms.
  
  

Qualifications

• Advanced level in English (C1) is a must.
• Native/bilingual proficiency in German/Dutch/French/Italian is required.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Jira.
• Strong digital and computer literacy skills.
• Experience with IT platforms and quality control is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and an interest in the insurance market.
• Skills in active listening, attention to detail, business partnership, data analysis, multi-tasking, operational excellence, time management, and troubleshooting.
