La misión principal del puesto será añadir valor a la compañía a través de la implantación de los procesos de recursos humanos y el acompañamiento al desarrollo profesional de las personas de las áreas asignadas. Así mismo, dentro de sus funciones principales será el/la encargado/a de:
- Identificar las necesidades de personal y desarrollar estrategias de reclutamiento para cubrir las vacantes.
- Realizar entrevistas estructuradas y evaluar candidatos en función de sus habilidades, experiencia y competencias.
- Administrar pruebas y evaluaciones pertinentes para los roles.
- Tomar decisiones de selección basadas en las evaluaciones y ofrecer empleo a los candidatos seleccionados.
- Ofrecer soporte y asesoramiento a Directivos, managers y empleados/as en materia de recursos humanos.
- Colaborar en el proceso de orientación y onboarding para garantizar una integración efectiva de los nuevos empleados en la organización.
- Asesorar a los gerentes en la toma de decisiones de contratación.
- Implementar los planes de carrera y de gestión del talento, identificar necesidades de desarrollo y búsqueda de potencial.
- Así mismo llevará a cabo la gestión y planificación presupuestaria tanto de programas como de plantilla.
- En coordinación con los roles expertos corporativos y la Dirección de RRHH, realizará seguimiento de las relaciones laborales, reducir los riesgos legales y asegurar el cumplimiento de legislación laboral aplicable, y coordinará los procesos de selección internos y externos para encontrar el mejor encaje persona-puesto.
- Formación superior: Psicología, ADE, Derecho, Relaciones Laborales. (se pueden valorar otros Grados/estudios).
- Se valorarán conocimientos complementarios en Recursos Humanos
- Imprescindible experiencia en entorno tecnológico (valorable de HIGH TECH).
- Experiencia de 2 años como HRBP con conocimiento práctico de múltiples disciplinas de RRHH
- Valorable Nivel alto de inglés.
- Competencias: Comunicación e influencia, resolución y agilidad, así como orientación al cliente y los resultados, iniciativa y proactividad, empatía y asertividad, capacidad analítica y aprendizaje constante.

¿Dónde vas a trabajar?
Nuestro cliente, está en búsqueda de un/a HR Business Partner para gestionar España dentro de una estructura muy potente. El rol tendrá un fuerte enfoque en relaciones laborales, soporte al negocio y gestión de entornos operativos, actuando como interlocutor/a clave para equipos en más de 10 centros de trabajo. Se trata de una posición muy cercana al negocio, de una gran capacidad de gestión y criterio.
Descripción
- Gestión integral de temas laborales (despidos, desvinculaciones...)
- Amonestaciones y medidas disciplinarias.
- Reuniones con comités de empresa.
- Capacidad para leer, interpretar y aplicar convenios colectivos, con criterio preventivo.
- Coordinación con el departamento legal en situaciones complejas (elaboración técnica no recae en el rol, pero sí el entendimiento y acompañamiento).
Revisión y validación de nóminas.- Actualización de convenios.
- Comprensión de conceptos retributivos (retribución en especie, complementos, etc.).
- Gestión de incidencias y coordinación con el equipo de administración de personal (altas, bajas, contratos, etc.).
- Conocimiento sólido en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, especialmente en entornos operativos.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación de políticas de RRHH, alineadas con la estrategia de negocio.
- Selección en ocasiones, formación, desarrollo.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- Experiencia mínima 5 años en roles de HR Business Partner en entornos operativos, con alta rotación. Deseable sector retail.
- Fuerte conocimiento en Relaciones Laborales.
- Conocimiento demostrado en nóminas (no para su elaboración), interpretación de convenios, PRL...
- Alta capacidad de interlocución con perfiles muy diversos.
- Estilo relacional, cercano y diplomático, con firmeza cuando es necesario.
- Valorable experiencia con Workday (trabajo diario con la herramienta).
- Nivel de inglés fluido.
