Estrategia y Gobierno Tecnológico:
Definir y liderar la visión y roadmap tecnológico del grupo, alineado con la estrategia corporativa y comercial.

Garantizar la correcta priorización de iniciativas tecnológicas en función del impacto en negocio.
Definir políticas, estándares y buenas prácticas tecnológicas a nivel corporativo.
Alineación Tecnología ¿ Negocio:
Actuar como nexo entre negocio y tecnología, traduciendo necesidades estratégicas en soluciones tecnológicas viables.
Colaborar estrechamente con Dirección General y áreas clave (operaciones, finanzas, comercial, RRHH) para maximizar el valor de la tecnología.
Asegurar que las soluciones tecnológicas acompañan el crecimiento y la diversificación del negocio.
Transformación Digital e Innovación:
Liderar los procesos de transformación digital, impulsando la digitalización de procesos internos y de servicios al cliente.
Incrementar el papel de la innovación (I+D) dentro de la organización, evaluando nuevas tecnologías aplicables al sector de ingeniería de instalaciones.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en eficiencia, productividad y calidad mediante el uso de tecnología.
Evaluar tendencias tecnológicas y su posible aplicación al negocio (BIM, automatización, analítica de datos, plataformas colaborativas, etc.).
Sistemas, Herramientas y Plataformas:
Evaluar, seleccionar y supervisar la implantación de herramientas, plataformas y sistemas de información (ERP, CRM, herramientas de gestión de proyectos, etc.).
Asegurar la integración y correcta evolución del ecosistema tecnológico existente.
Velar por la estabilidad, fiabilidad y escalabilidad de los sistemas.
Seguridad de la Información y Cumplimiento:
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los protocolos de seguridad tecnológica, protección de datos y continuidad de negocio.
Supervisar políticas de ciberseguridad, backups, accesos y planes de contingencia.
Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo aplicable (RGPD, normativas internas y sectoriales).
Gestión de Recursos, Presupuesto y Proveedores:
Gestionar el presupuesto tecnológico, asegurando una inversión eficiente y orientada a resultados.
Seleccionar, coordinar y supervisar proveedores tecnológicos y consultores externos.
Asegurar el uso óptimo de los recursos tecnológicos disponibles.
Seguimiento de Objetivos y Mejora Continua:

Tu nuevo puesto
- Diseñar y validar arquitecturas de software, patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas en backend, frontend y el resto de nuestros sistemas. Supervisarás la calidad del código y los procesos de despliegue
- Gestión y mentoring del equipo acompañándole en su día a día. Fijarás metodologías de trabajo, realizarás revisiones de código constructivas
- Participar activamente en las decisiones estratégicas de producto, aportando la visión técnica para medir el impacto, la viabilidad y el coste técnico de las nuevas funcionalidades.
- Garantizarás que nuestra plataforma esté preparada para el futuro para asegurar la escalabilidad a largo plazo. Proponer la re-arquitectura y modernización tecnológica será una de tus funciones claves.
Qué necesitarás para encajar con el puesto
- Formación de Grado Universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Software o similares.
- Experiencia técnica consolidada de al menos de 5 años como Tech Lead liderando decisiones técnicas y equipos en entornos .NET (C#). Es indispensable que hayas combinado el desarrollo software con la mentoría y gestión de desarrolladores. Se valorará muy positivamente la experiencia previa en software de gestión documental, ERPs o contabilidad.
- Dominio de metodologías ágiles (Srcum, Kanban, entre otras). Saber cuándo y cómo aplicarlas para maximizar el rendimiento del equipo.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión: Se requieren dotes de comunicación, y experiencia en la gestión de equipo técnico para guiar, motivar y coordinar al mismo.
- Se valorará también positivamente la experiencia en el diseño de arquitecturas de software modernas (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture) y cultura DevOps (CI/CD, Docker), así como el contar con conocimientos en plataformas cloud como AWS y Azure.

Today we´re looking for an experienced Android Tech Lead who will lead our Android Chapter at Veepee.
As the Android Tech Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of the entire Android platform across all product teams.
